Use of Service

By creating an account or using Business Builder OS (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. New accounts may require approval before access is granted. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans. Business Builder OS Gold is available monthly or annually. Business Builder OS Platinum is available as 12 monthly installment payments or one annual payment, as shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Installment plans complete after the stated number of payments.
• Payments. Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except as stated in the guarantee below, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Price changes. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply to your next billing period.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by emailing jeff@gothebusiness.com, and we will refund your first payment. The guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription and does not apply to subsequent renewals or installment payments after the first 30 days.

Coaching and Reviews

Depending on your plan, the Service may include group coaching, one-on-one coaching, and a limited number of asset reviews per month. Review and coaching allowances are stated for your plan and do not roll over between months. Coaching and feedback are advisory only; you are responsible for decisions you make in your business.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic and OpenAI) to help you draft business assets. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before relying on or publishing it. You can return to the Service to edit your saved assets at any time.

Content and Outputs

You own the content you input and the outputs you save. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for how you use the outputs in your business and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse engineer the platform, resell access, share your account, scrape data, or use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

No Earnings Guarantee

Business Builder OS is an educational and productivity tool. We do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue, or income. Examples and outcomes are not promises. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and market conditions.

Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business outcomes resulting from your use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
