30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Business Builder OS isn't right for you, email jeff@gothebusiness.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it. You do not need to justify the decision, and we will not put you through a retention process to get it.

What the Guarantee Covers

• The first payment of a new subscription, on either plan.
• Requests made within 30 days of that first payment.

What It Doesn't Cover

• Renewal payments after the first 30 days — cancel before your renewal date to avoid them.
• Later instalments of the Platinum instalment plan, once the first 30 days have passed.

We would rather you cancel early than pay for something you have stopped using, so cancelling is always available in your billing settings with no email required.

How to Cancel

Open Billing in your account and use the billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep any assets you have created — you can export your work before you go.

How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund.
