Overview

Business Builder OS collects only the data needed to operate the product, process payments, send you relevant communications, and keep your account secure. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the third parties that help us run the Service.

Information We Collect

• Account details: name, email, and authentication data.
• Billing data: subscription plan and status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: steps completed, prompts you submit, saved outputs, and growth numbers you log.
• Technical data: browser, device, IP address, and basic analytics.

How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process subscriptions and billing.
• Generate AI-assisted drafts from the prompts and context you provide.
• Send account and service emails, and — where permitted — nurture and marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.
• Secure your account and prevent abuse.

Third-Party Services

We share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the Service:

• Anthropic and OpenAI — the prompts and business context you submit are sent to these AI providers to generate output. Do not enter sensitive personal information you would not want processed by them.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• GetResponse — marketing and nurture email delivery.
• Google Workspace — transactional email (verification, password reset, notifications).
• Hosting and database providers — to run the application and store your data.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing Emails

If you receive nurture or activation emails from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential account emails such as password resets, billing notices, or coaching feedback.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
